Objectives: The Cardinal Objectives that Informed the Establishment of the College are as follows:
1. The education and training of Health manpower need of the nation, particularly the grassroots.
2. The organization appropriate training programmes (Courses, Seminar and Workshops) for health personnel in the state, local government and other agencies that may require such consultancy services.
3. To conduct researches in relevant health and health related activities.
